Lesson Policy

At Ocean Reef, we are committed to providing a safe, fun, and caring environment for all swimmers. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take note of our lesson policy:
Consistent attendance is key to making progress. We ask that swimmers arrive 10minutes before their scheduled class to allow for check-in and preparation.
If a swimmer is unable to attend a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to make adjustments to the class roster and offer make-up options if applicable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
We offer make-up lessons for missed classes due to illness or emergencies. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 2 weeks of the missed class and are subject to availability.
If the school cancels a class due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and arrange an alternative session.
All swimmers must follow the safety guidelines set by our instructors. This includes swimming only in the designated areas and using the appropriate swimwear and equipment.
Parents must remain on-site for all younger swimmers (under 7 years) during class time.
In the event of an emergency, our qualified instructors are trained to act quickly and efficiently.
Swimmers will be assessed regularly to track progress. Based on ability and comfort in the water, students may be moved to the appropriate level for their development.
Our classes are designed to be progressive, so we recommend consistent enrollment for the best results.
Payment for lessons is due prior to the start of each month.
All cancellations or changes to registration should be made at least 1 month in advance of the start date to avoid fees.
We promote a respectful and positive environment. Swimmers are expected to follow instructor guidance, show respect to fellow swimmers, and behave appropriately at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the class, with no refund.
